Here you go. Never had any loss on my line in the past strangely enough... This has been occurring since last Thursday or so.

I certainly can't be the only one experiencing lag in local (call of duty) and international (Apex legends and PUBG) lobbies .I can however download and stream fine.

Do you have the IP of a local COD server ? And yes, it could be just you... PM me your network, and current IP please.

Mine is perfect again so whatever was done today fixed mine, but I see there are still issues everywhere, really hope they fix it for you guys and soon!

Yeah, but we be trying... Unfortunately at your, and other customers' end of the universe, it's hard to understand what issues we have to deal with.

I wish people would remember what it was like to only deal with Telkom and ADSL. It has taken them well over a decade to get their things in order, and it shows.... Now, they actually run a pretty quality network....

Go and read back on the MyBB articles about Telkom being "performance managed" and the amount of regulations that the pressure from this forum and ISP's actually forced Telkom to submit to, during the days of their monopoly. In fact, it is the very reason this forum started.

Now, it's free market, but as ISP's we still have to deal with line providers. And they still haven't all matured as well as Telkom has. (Scary thought).

People have short memories. It was waaaaay worse before Fibre hit Parkhust, and it's only been a few years

Mine is still not working, still waiting for my line to be released even though cool ideas collected the router this morning.

Maybe it's half switched off. Speeds test fine. Impossible to stream anything though.

It sat quite a long while for me too, about a minute, before getting to the lobby. I really don't think that's our fault....

@TheRoDent I just noticed something weird.

I realised now sites such as netbank.nedsecure.co.za and scottshipping.co.za don't load when using CISP DNS.
Changed over to 1.1.1.1 and now it works.

Any ideas?

Thats curious. Do you get a DNS error, or just a timeout ?

If you try and ping those two hosts when using our DNS? Do you get an error ?

Also, can you ping 154.0.1.1?
