I see you have been in contact with the support manager. I will follow up with him first thing tomorrow and get back to you@CoolChick : Can I have a proper response to ticket COOL-20180711-122832 . And no telling me my line is fine when I am only getting at max 10% of my line speed at international is not a proper response.
I have been patient for 8 months, Now I expect proper speedy action from your side to resolve this...
