Not sure if that server is just dodgy, I tend to get the opposite when testing again local CPT server.

Remind me, area/network, and which proxy are you using?
Twitch has 'no cache' headers, so a respecting proxy wont help. I didnt see any injected header to indicate I was using a proxy either when I tried it.
 
Nice. First DDoS now international near dead on MFN - Centurion with CISP dropped mid raid. Been happening alot this last 3 weeks....
 
@TheRoDent I am trying to identify the source of these strange timeouts I am getting. They are completely random. Sometimes they happen 2-3 times in an hour, sometimes only once every 3 hours, and sometimes they don't happen an entire day. It is strange because almost all the time my connection dies for 4 pings, and then reconnects on its own. During this time my connection is completely dead. I have done testing this evening and when the timeouts occur, I am still able to ping my router, and its latency is normal. To me, this indicates a problem with CI or Octotel.

I recorded a couple of spikes early tonight at around 22:30, and a spike at 00:51, just a few minutes ago. Is there a way to check if any strange traffic went on during that time period?

I am on a wired connection.

Update: just had another one take place at 10:22 06/04. Can confirm again that everything within my network is looking good. The timeouts outside my network don't occur within my network
