The person I referred to Cool Ideas had Openserve line installed on Monday. No router delivered and only maybe today. Sad it takes so long from Rosebank to Centurion just to deliver a router but line installed and working from Monday morning.

I tried placing an order with Cool Ideas (MFN infrastructure) - after weeks of waiting, the delay was due to Cool Ideas not being able to place an order on the MFN portal (something to do with an address issue).

I know MFN's system pretty well, if an address/unit within a complex or area is not available in their little drop down boxes they simply don't allow one to place an order, and the process required is called an "address repair" on their side, which means logging it with them, and waiting until they eventually update their database so that the dropdown shows the address.

Apparently the address was there all along - it's a complex.

But the Cool Ideas agent simply could not find it even though all the possible info was given.

Either way, that process needs to be ironed out (more diligence in using 3rd party portals), you are losing clients.

I am curious. Why are these CPT routes routing you guys through JHB, but for me it goes via CPT as per normal, even before CISP started fixing it for you guys.

@PBCool Optinets akamai caching servers 197.84.130.11 and 16 (r-live-cache.akamaized.net) which DSTV Now uses in CPT is also routing via JHB

I am curious. Why are these CPT routes routing you guys through JHB, but for me it goes via CPT as per normal, even before CISP started fixing it for you guys.
