Also been having this for a month. Going to be calling in Monday again, since still no call back from the actual lady in charge of my ticket. This calendar month cancellation is annoying, plus will be paying that stupid activation fee again.

R1750 on Frogfoot, but depends on the ISP on what exactly you pay. Most are ~R1k, I think CI was free, but @PBCool would be able to verify.
