Have same issue with Final Fantasy XIV. Getting drops every few minutes. Local is fine via traceroute. But not so much intentional

Twitch clips are always garbage for me. Like literally buffers after 2 seconds and buffers like 10 times during the 30 seconds.

Its been that way for more than a year now for me, any time of the day. I always find it strange how twitch streams work 100% but the playback doesn't. The only time it ever showed remotely any improvement was through the proxy Rodent/PBCool setup.
