Don’t expect much from their techsupport I’m afraid.

They tell me its my router, I need to run a wired connection, because we live in 1989.

Yes, certain JINX based services such as Google are not yet restored. Should be up shortly.

So, who do we switch to? I had heard great things about Cool Ideas when I decided to go with them. My experience so far is nowhere close to great. Who out there offers a decent service without insisting on traceroutes from wired connections.

I have it hooked up to an Apple Time Capsule, with previous ISP it gave full line speed. CISP also did initially, but over the last 2-3 months its been hopeless...
