those are the type of speeds I would not complain about as at least I am getting the majority of my speed I am paying for (I would be happy with anything above 125Mbps (obviously happier the closer it got to my 200/200)

When you say anti bufferbloat enabled what do you mean?
 
There is something seriously wonky going on here. Speeds within CPT are always perfect. Seeing between 20 and 50Mbps to Randburg, and between 12 and 30Mbps to CoreIX UK.

Vuma Trenched, Brackenfell CPT, 1Gbps/100Mbps (take note international is only guaranteed best effort up to 100Mbps for this package)

I miss the days of ADSL, where I could get an account with another ISP and just change to it to substantiate that claim.
 
Downloading documents from my companies document server in the USA. Looks like I won't be doing any work today. :mad:

I am a remote worker, I need to fetch documents from all over the world as well as have to have a video conferences daily. This is literally my livelihood here!

Don't worry - just send in a support ticket. 5 days later you'll get a response, asking you to prove to them you're not on WiFi.

Mine's been perfect tonight. No proxy and its only buffered once. Its amazing what happens when Octotel upgrade their network....

Sorry to hear you're still having issues though, I know that pain.

Hmmmmm, but in this case you were warned about the price restructuring (and didn't read the email?). If you're not happy with the new packages then you can either complain to Vumatel (who restructured things in the first place), or move to another ISP to maybe has better pricing on the package you want.

Would you have been happier if CI sent you an email informing you that since your old package was no longer supported by your fiber provider they're cancelling your internet entirely?
 
All packet loss > 0%. Using the proxy helps with Coreix, not so much for Vodafone UK
