We haven't had an issue, there is an issue on the SADV network. Are you in the Rivonia area?

I’m in Paulshof, just got home from work and same issue as last night. Intermittent connectivity.

Vumatel say they aren't aware of any issues, what do you get on a basic Speedtest?

Roughly 2Mbps
On an ethernet cable
Ping ranges from 2 to 1112
Just got a 767 ping with 0.50 down and 0.51 up

Yeah Paulshof uses SADVs Rivonia pop, they are making changes this evening.

Looks like this was resolved about 4:30hrs ago? Anyone still having issues?

In the morning before I left for work my connection still had a problem but this evening I haven't noticed any intermittent connection.

PBCool - please can you send out notices when stuff like this happens? If it is SADV, it is beyond your control, but you should inform your customers

It's not so simple when only affecting certain customers that cant be clarified by SADV, so once they have implemented the change and there are still ongoing we will send a blanket notice to SADV customers. Apologies I understand the frustration.

Essentially 48 hours of downtime effecting a number of users ...
Not a positive sign for an infrastructure provider
