Twitch and Twitter just die for anyone else?

anything international is dead for me.

There seems to be a problem between Cape Town and Randburg. Latency is a bit higher than normal and down speed is in the drink. Can you please have a look. Note that I am in CT and have a 100mb/s down and 10mb/s up. I also attach a test to Vox CT just for comparison. Problem seems to be between CT and Randburg/Jhb.
