Something is wrong as the people has stated. My results this morning on a 10Mbps line:
Ping: 4ms
Download: 1.75Mbps
Upload: 0.79Mbps

Sorry for the delay will look into this for you.

Your delay kept on delaying. The time stamp below is also my response.
I'm heading up the East coast in like an hour, so I can only actually deal with a response on Monday evening.

So support is supposed to exist on weekends.

EDIT:
And still not able to hit over 20Mbps on an international connection:

At least I now manage to stable at 2-3MB/s on hetzner's speed.hetzner.de, and peak to 4MB/s for 10-15 seconds, probably because they have them locally cached after the tenth time downloading it.

Still not close to 10MB/s I previously got on Vox 100/50 OpenServe.

It seems like Vuma has placed the gateway IP's replies on MTR and Traceroutes at the lowest priority.
This is not affecting performance, I guess it it too alleviate strain and resources placed on the gateway Hardware.
You can still ping the gateway IP and see the results.

Same what does an MTR look like, call support if it is urgent.

Then what's the point of a ticket if it never gets replied to? I hate the telephone, last time I called you guys I got stuck for over 40 minutes in a queue to be told to open a ticket.
Probably my last MTR. My ping is generally fine, and I rarely have packet loss. My problem is international speed.

Also getting packet loss, Durban, Moseley Vumatel trenched, ps4 keeps saying network cable unplugged, wait 4 or 5 seconds then it carries on.

Must be me doing constant 1gbps vumatel isp handover speedtests (the only way to get the message across to them to upgrade, because you know, they "monitor" these links)

Still getting constant drops from game servers in EU.

Streaming only laggy when going 1089p60fps. Hope Vumatel fixes this crap.

Also...hope CISP can step up the support game. Been dropping the ball time wise lately.

Guys, make sure to give FNO, City, Suburb and speed when you report about a issue.
Vuma Trenched, Cape Town, Brackenfell, 1000/100 and I have no issues.

Was having the issue last night after playing Division 2 and Destiny 2 all day. Around 8ish o' clock the games just started dropping myself and the girlfriend randomly. Tried Diablo 3 and pings went from a great 160 to over 1000 and were stable and then bouncing and then stable etc. Was quite annoying but today seems fine.

These are as of now at 12:44. Everything seems to be ok, Last night International ping to France and Germany was bounding between 190 and 400 when doing tests after 8. It only seemed to come right well after 9 and even then was a bit spotty.
