What is actually the issue guys?There is a call scheduled with VC at 9am to try and resolve.

Just received a call back from Vodacom (I had logged a ticket with them too). They say the problem, in my case, is with the tower. They are working to resolve the issue. No time given when the issue might be resolved, however.Hi, what is your support ref as that would be unrelated?
It could have been an additional issue to the one currently ongoing. Glad they are aware of the tower issue tooJust received a call back from Vodacom (I had logged a ticket with them too).
