No the current issue is related to their recent issue, not from last year.
I started having issues since last year Dec when Vodacom's 5G also went down and they built a new NAS for CI.

Thanks, yeah seems that one of these tickets were related to an outage, another was a 5G issue on your tower, and the other from less than a month ago was likely linked to that 100.99 router we took out of the mix that was causing problems.

Would you be able to let us know if you notice any difference after this maintenance happening tonight?

On vodacom website I am covered by Home internet 4G but no 5G in my area yet.

I did add my address to the coverage page from cooldieas I get nothing.


Is it 5G only atm?

So the 5G service do fall back to 4G if 5G is not available, but I don't believe it would show coverage if there is No 5G in the area.

That maintenance mentioned has been completed. Kindly let me know if you notice an improvent on issues you were experiencing?

I have a connection but I'm stuck on 4G. No 5G cell info/I D
