Hi there, thank you for reaching out. This is a known issue since around Nov/Dec last year, we are still engaging with Vodacom to figure out a way forward for the issue. A meeting will also be set up soon to troubleshoot this issue with Afrihost and Vodacom.Hi Cool Ideas.
I see that I am unable to access https://clientzone.afrihost.com/en/ , I have a hosted site there and am unable to login when I am on my Vodacom 5G service. This works fine when using other providers. The same happens when trying to access Air Mobile for managing my simcard. Could you maybe check if something is getting blocked?
Due to the recent Maintenances happening on Vodacoms network, this troubleshooting meeting has been delayed a few times, as any progress could undo the changes we/they make.
I will post an update here once there is some progress on this,, as this only affects our APN. No ETR unfortunately.
