Yeah, please. The portal is useless to me at the moment. Relying on the daily usage emails to keep track of things.

Also, seeing the price drop for Basic Business Uncapped, it's now R799 which is what I'm paying for my Home Premium Uncapped.

Worth it to switch?

No! Certain protocols mainly used for business are optimised for them. Home users have streaming, gaming, etc. protocols optimised for them.

If you're a home user, stick to the home account.

Are you prepared for the uptake when you get announced ISP of the year? I would really like my home premium uncapped to continue providing me with an unshaped experience.

We are well prepared if that happens. We certainly hope that it does, and should it happen, the uptake will only mean better pricing for you guys and better performance.

We have set two more uptake goals before we can do some rather incredible things. Our economies of scale have far from peaked...;)

Bottom right is a help button. It first checks your query against our support articles and if none are applicable will route you directly to an agent via live chat...
 
Don't know what you guys are talking about, the column to the right of 10 is the best score right?

So i just signed up for someone who is moving away from another ISP and need to go plug in the account details into their router today, but seems account activation is not instant and can take hours. Is there any way I can get the "MyBB advantage" and get the account activated urgently pleaseeeeeee :)
