Browsing MyBB? Seems to be having some issues unrelated to us.

All other browsing seems fine. MyBB threw a Cloudfare error a few minutes ago, so I suspect it's related to their hosting.

Busy investigating a bit further at the moment...

We do have a self-support portal with these listed - http://support.crystalweb.co.za/hc/en-us

Best bet is to always use our DNS servers for optimal performance...
 
Any update on the portal and possible top-ups?

Usage graph on the portal is still not right.

I see it's pulling some data from the current month, which is a sign of improvement. It still makes no sense though.

The other pages, like Vidi Streaming, just give you "page not found" errors.

Most of the navigation links resolve to 404. Any indication of an update? I know these things take time to implement, but an update would be great.

I think currently you have to upgrade your account?

Don't think they have top ups at present.

We do not have any small top ups, you can only top up to the next available cap size from the one you are on and will be charged the difference

We allow this upgrade to be temporary for the month which no other ISPs allow for. We're busy testing the new topup features in the new portal deployments...
 
Can I make a request here please? Could the usage stats emails be split between peak and off peak. Not two emails, just split the stats out. Would like to track usage while the portal is not available. I guess the totals could be used but would prefer if I had up/down stats to see.

They already do so for capped accounts. Uncapped accounts they don't but it will be available for all to see in the coming days...

I am on a capped account and only get my stats like this:
Date/Time:
UserName:
Total Sent(Mb):
Total Received(Mb):
Total Combined (Mb):
Comment: Peak: /102400MB Late: /20971520MB

Would like total sent and received to be Peak Sent/Peak Received and Late Sent/Late Received. Hoping that the new portal will have those details, but for now gives me chance to write something that scrapes emails :)
 
Don't writ a parser for the mails. They're changing entirely. :D

Splitting up and down stats may be included in advanced stats but will only confuse your average Joe in our experience to set it up as default...

Spoiling my fun there. At least split the Peak and Late stats please as on capped those are the ones you would want to watch and not get surprise capped.

Those are split in the email you quoted there in the comments field. And on the portal you'll see it splitting as well, although not always updating as the final build has not deployed yet...
 
An incorrect cancellation confirmation email was sent to numerous customers. Apologies. A test email group was accidentally loaded up during some dev testing and fired off. I've had some choice words with the guys. This is an error on our part and my apologies for any confusion in this regard...

"Choice words..." I really don't like that part of my job :/
