Got my usage email every single day, bar none.
Be sure to set up a Gmail Filter (if using gmail) to stop them from going to spam, I had to.
Nothing on the network that would cause that on our side, so definitely something to talk to support about...Anyone on capped accounts having issues with torrents? Mine is running at 10kbps
CW seem to have some decent products - but everything seems a little rough around the edges.
It's the portal really. We've focused on the network and support primarily. There are changes on a few fronts coming in next month and January on the staffing and processes fronts, and we're taking on more devs full time as well...We're switching to CW but I also feel things are still too unsettled. Might have to stay with WA for another month.
I've instructed the guys to deploy tomorrow. Current usage, profile, password resets, login history, usage history, subscriptions, billing history, invoices, statements, will go live. Pulling a few other aspects that are taking too long for mine (and everyone else's) liking...
Not tonight, but only because I've been ill and in light of the last deployment, only I can approve the prod deployment...Is that still happening?
