No usage emails the last couple of days and no portal to check usage on.

Awesome.

Awesome.

Got my usage email every single day, bar none.

Be sure to set up a Gmail Filter (if using gmail) to stop them from going to spam, I had to.

It seems that the usage mails are being blocked as spam or something else on certain mail servers. I had the same problem on two of my domains, until I asked CrystalWeb to change it to a third email address, which worked. Sounds like an anti-spam measure on some of the other ISP's, or even IP reputation.

CW seem to have some decent products - but everything seems a little rough around the edges.

We're switching to CW but I also feel things are still too unsettled. Might have to stay with WA for another month.

It's the portal really. We've focused on the network and support primarily. There are changes on a few fronts coming in next month and January on the staffing and processes fronts, and we're taking on more devs full time as well...

I've instructed the guys to deploy tomorrow. Current usage, profile, password resets, login history, usage history, subscriptions, billing history, invoices, statements, will go live. Pulling a few other aspects that are taking too long for mine (and everyone else's) liking...

Is that still happening?

All good and well. I just need to have a 100% reliable connection as we use it for business at three sites and I can't drive 120 km to fix anything.

I monitor this thread daily ... ;)

On capped accounts, when you have reached your cap, are you soft capped? does it kill the network totally?
