NNTP maxed out at 380 kb/s 10 mb home capped cpt 12-6 last night so there are definitely still a some issues there.

Same deal
Friday and Saturday night 20% line speed during the download window
Sunday I got maybe an hour of 100%, then back to 20%
 
seems to be a 11am - 5pm ish issue on some days where ping is just all gone to poop. Will test further just now.

Don't play BF4, so can't comment on that, I have been experiencing disconnects & high pings in Marvel Heroes 2015 though. Contacted support & Steph said high pings were on Marvel's server's side, didn't tell him about the disconnects though..
 
I play BF4 and suffer no issues. This is on PC however.

I have been experiencing issues with my premium account since Friday. I was told that there is a known issue with the profiles and that a fix would be rolled out tonight. I really hope so because since Friday I haven't been able to stream reliably and gaming latency was unplayable at all times of day be it 02:00 on a Saturday morning or 08:30 on a Sunday morning. How is it that that the ping is 180ms, the tracerts and paths pings put the response from the exchange around 14-20ms but still I am popping straight through walls or running to point A when I am suddenly teleported to point B. Last month or so has not been stellar CW, really hope you guys fix all the various issues soon.
 
We’re currently aware of an issue in CPT for premium home uncapped customers which management are busy working to resolve. Current ETA for this resolution is 25 June 2015 however fixes are going in each day.

Question; if there is a known issue affecting some users in the CPT area, why is there no mention of this on the CW site and why is live chat support's standard reply "There's high load at the moment, should be better later."?

We are currently upgrading our Network Status notifier on our website; We are not shy about the high load in the Cape at the moment, which will result in more shaping on Downloads such as P2P. We have identified an issue with the controllers for a certain type of traffic which has been bypassing the shaper, which is adding extra load onto the network by heavy users during peak times.
 
good to see you guys are getting a portal together. Will just be good to manage and monitor my business premium account on the portal. and also glad to see you adding other options to pay accounts such as credit cards.
 
Just downloaded the latest nvidia driver at 600kB/s on my 40mbit line. What the hell is the point of me paying for 40mbit? I thought only P2P and NNTP protocols were shaped even when the network is under load? Not happy.

This on home capped btw.

Just downloaded the same thing on the business premium uncapped account.
Got 1.1MB/s on my 10Mbps line, so i'm happy.
 
Is this the same issue that Web Africa is having with their upstream provider? Because Im based in CT and just left them, was wanting to join CW but if its the same issue (sounds like it is) then will give you guys a miss im afraid..
