Hey lovely CW people. I forgot to do the snapscan thing and now I've no service. Is it likely I've been cut off or is it something else. I've paid now btw

Crystal Web's website is very confusing in that regard, since that menu is populated asynchronously (probably) depending on loading some separate files. In my case I once had that the 'network and server status' part didn't load and thus it was impossible to find the network status information.

Try waiting a bit and see if the entry doesn't appear, or reload the website (and wait)

I just opened the website myself right now. I was lucky and only had to wait about 5 seconds for the 'live chat' entry to appear.

Yeah, I've experienced that too
 
So I just upgraded my line from 4mb to 20mb, But am stuck on the 4mb premium account because CW will only let me change to the capped account next month :(
 
I see those gremlins persist...the little bastards.

Any potential ETA on a fix? Don't like my account being crippled to half mast.
 
Yeah, issues persist on my side still.

CW points at Telkom, Telkom points at CW/IS ... ... No one can find a fault and no1 seems to care ... ... this is really getting old

Any idea why pingtest.net keeps picking Nairobi as my best server ?

Hi. We are busy sorting this out to find the culprit and sort it out. Not expecting a long fix on this one and will keep you guys updated on it.
 
Is there any particular reason why CW emailed me everyone's Data Usage in my usage email?
Looks like every capped users usage was combined into 1 mail.

Well looks like you working on the band width usage all, got email showing the old wrong value and a second part to it, above the wrong values displaying a value that looks allot more realistic.

CORRECTION, just relooked at the email, it seems to have everyone on on the CW books username and usage... oops.

and I JUST noticed the above post, this was send pre morning coffeeeeeee
