Out of the four types of capped available, which type do you guys use/recommend?

The descriptions on CW's website are pretty clear about the use-cases for each account. Xtreme Capped is for regular home users.

I did read them. I wanted to get the general consensus on what everyone uses.

On XTTH Capped 150gb. OpenServe Fibre 100/50. Not a single problem.

Usenet sometimes does not dl at 10MB/s, but at around 2MB/s on the odd thing I dl in the day, but other than that I'm as happy as a clam.

Now bring on that portal!

Can somebody please confirm if the premium news server requires the same username and password as my premium uncapped details.

I've tried multiple times and its not working. I'm aware there's an issue with the premium news server at the moment. But I've tried numerous times before that as well.

It uses a different one iirc

I received mine in my Welcome to CW email

I've asked them to resend the mail. My original mail had no details regarding a different username/password.

Edit: Received the correct details now. Its a different username but same PPPoE password. :) For those who care about such things.

Thanks for the help @AfricanTech :)

I just wanna say again how amazing CW is. It's always running on 100%, and no issues I've had recently, have been due to them, and only 1 issue overall since I've started using them, which is satisfying.

Did have one billing issue, with which Karen assisted ASAP and is now sorted.

Quick question: has anyone here ever needed to call them? I have never had to, as all my queries have been resolved on live chat.

I have once because live chat wasn't getting anywhere. Everything gets shaped on my account when it becomes deprioritized which made it impossible to stream at night. After speaking to someone in management they reset the priority on my account.

hmmmm, bit of awful packet loss on international ....... weird having an issue after so long, lol :D
