This is definitely not the type of service we pride ourselves on. We've received quite a few reports about disconnects and slow speeds this evening, A port reset seems to be working for most, if you could hop onto live chat so we can do this for you.

No need Ill use another account. Just pissed about getting kicked from the raid
 
Am I the only one still seeing horrible performance on capped accounts? Sometimes it'll sail, but most of the time it's horribly slow. Youtube auto's @ 144 / 240p at the moment on a 20mbps line. Potato internet!

Running perfectly down in the south. Home capped. For me anyway.

Great my 10MB line got shaped in its moer last night max speed i could get was 0.4 MB :| what went wong?
 
when trying to pay via snapscan (btw, which i hate and wish you guys get zapper) i get the following error.

"Unsuccessful
Unable to make any more payments to Crystal Web Pty Ltd today
you have not been charged".

Interesting error; I will let Billing know so they can contact SnapScan.

I received an Invoice for July, but cancelled beginning of June already and do have confirmation of cancellation as well ? :confused:

Ok done a couple days testing. My CW home capped account goes to absolute shyte ping wise and streaming wise at about 9am every morning and lasts until mid to late afternoon. Originally thought it was the line but I consistently get normal pings with my Mweb and WA backups. Downloading being shaped in business hours I can fully get, hell even streaming to a degree but don't touch my gaming. What gives?
