I'm still waiting on the confirmation of my cancellation I sent through last month before the cut off date... I've opened ANOTHER ticket about it but still no word.

Request# 37324

Yip i also did a ticket a week ago no response yet either

@Paul, my message to you a few weeks back about not having a dedicated support number hurting CW is starting to come true. I understand your reasons but if I were you I would make this your priority otherwise you are going to A: Lose your current client base and B: Not get new clients signing up.

As a customer I am even more concerned about the people above logging tickets and not getting a response back. My major selling point to prospective CW clients has always been that your service is second to none and that issues get resolved promptly and with full communication. I really hope that this also gets sorted out ASAP.

On a positive note ;). My premium uncapped has been performing beautifully! I have never had download speeds this reliable & fast (http & torrents) and latency for online gaming is perfect. Also, Netflix has been superb. So I am very happy with my product, just concerned about comms :).

Everything running incredibly slow today in Waterfall/Durban area. And now all google services are down. Any reason for this?

Are you using UnoDNS?

If so, its a UnoDNS issue. As soon as I swapped to using the Google DNS servers, service returned to normal.

I do use Unodns. How to I switch? And will I still be able to run Netflix?

If you're assigning DNS on your router, you can override it on individual devices that you don't need to access Netflix on but do need Youtube. Google's server addresses are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. CW's servers are 168.210.2.2 and 196.14.239.2.

Not sure when they're going to fix this, but I hope it'll be soon.

How would I assign ip to my desktop computer so I can check google? (I have the DNS settings in my router as you mention above.)

We can confirm that there seems to be an issue on Unotelly's side, I experienced this personally and changing to Google DNS or our Default DNS servers resolves the issue.

I moved from home capped last month to premium uncapped this month and loving the results. Everything working beautifully

What type of speeds can one expect on the home premium 4mbps on http and p2p in the daytime?

I Just signed up for one of your premium Business accounts
only started using it today and yoh... the speeds via FTP are shocking 200k
FTP is my primarily use for this account (no Torrents or P2P).
At first I thought it could be Exchange congestion but changed to Openweb capped account to test and line maxxed out at full speed
I will do further testing and see..but results don't look promising.

the test account account I signed up for was fine and worked at full speed, so not sure what is going on here.

Hi,

Could you PM me your contact number and email address, This definitely does not sound normal.

uncapped premium is a bit of generic term so it isn't something for us to really be too concerned with
- uncapped, capped, premium

there are other areas where our IP and personality rights would be an issue - none arising in the linked article

It's a conspiracy I tell you
