I was posting from the JBay Open on my mom's iPhone as I got an indication that Steph tried to get a hold of me by Skype

I live probably 2Km away from the tournament so wifi would not be an option.

@Cataclysm not sure in your case if we can take the credit, Telkom works in mysterious ways and should take that win

Well, its really nice to see Youtube maxing out all the time now. I didn't think I'd see that again.

That was on CW Premium Business Capped just a few minutes ago. I then tried WA Home Capped and got the same 5500Kbps performance. On FNB Connect Uncapped, around 5000Kbps which still meant 1080p. This isn't always the case for FNB and WA, but so far has always been the case for CW PBC.

When things go slow like that, make sure nothing is saturating your upload link - that can have a dramatic effect if the DSL modem buffers are small.

Correct, This is a feedback thread and yes we do have a rather thick skin.

What will not be tolerated is Members who have no intention of ever using our Products/Services and are simply trolling our thread constantly.

All feedback is welcome from Prospective and existing clients as with any ISP feedback thread on MyBroadband.

Paul and Shaun have indicated as such and they are one of the few ISPs that welcome criticism.

However there is a line to be drawn between criticism, feedback and outright trolling.

Whatever switch CW flipped, please keep it this way :D was thinking of changing but if things continue like this I will be a happy customer again

Something's shaping me to 30KB/s deliberately. Last week's speed was the same. Please tell me how I can rectify this once and for all.

I see this exact thing on YouTube as well. In general, everything is snappier and way more responsive than it was before.
