Hi, if you did a EFT then you have problems if it was not setup.
They mailed everyone to setup there EFT preference. Once the preference was setup you needed to make your EFT payment to reflect the preference.
Every time you make use of EFT payment it will reflect your preference.

How do I make an EFT preference if there's no portal access yet for Home Premium Uncapped? Did you read my first point in the post you quoted?

I don't remember ever getting this mail either - probably for the same reason as above.

The setup came by email-link?

Bank preferences was Standard and FNB accounts.

Are windows updates treated as p2p downloads? windows update running at 32kB/s.
 
Agreed. They run like dog on just about everything during business hours. At exactly 17:00 they speed up. I've tested this multiple times.

Yes they do speed up at 5 but only to a certain extent the speeds start increasing at 17:00 until like 23:59 I get like just over 100kB/s and it goes full 4mb speeds after 00:00. That is some aggressive shaping but non the less no use moaning about it if its not going to change, I would rather look for a different account that could do what I am looking for.

Just to mention you guys need to sort out your portal for the business capped accounts so that I can monitor my usage without having to contact into your offices. My internet just switches off and I don't know if it is because I am capped or if Crystal web has issues.

Also my usage seems quite high but I am not sure if it because my varsity son has been at home watching porn or what. I need to be able to track my usage so I can choose the correct account from Crystal web, what makes it worse is that you don't have top up options.

You guys really need to resolve your customer portal details

I asked yesterday on live chat for feedback on this and have still not received a damn thing.

Pathetic. 342kbs on a fibre line.

Your product is useless in business hours for streaming which you promote it for!

This is in direct contradiction to your product page.

Anyone want to take odds on if I even get a response on this?

Will not recommend you guys anymore. What a damn shame.
