Honestly, I thought there was still time to do the survey, didn't realize it was already over. I would have participated if I knew the cut off date.

Wondering the same.. My experience is fantastic and from what I can see everyone on here is also happy..

Ironically I left every single one of the ISP's who did better than CrystalWeb in the polls. And I can say without a doubt CW is better than the lot of them (at least at the time I was with them).

The there is the only thing another ISP does that CW does not.
 
Those results are complete bollocks in my opinion..

CW has been by far the best ISP I have ever used by a monumental country mile....
 
Bwahahaha! Somebody's taking the piss. A clear indication that somebody used multiple accounts or something to give Crystal ****ty ratings. 7.68 average rating? Afrihost 0.4 better?

I declare a farce. Could we request that this be investigated?

And clearly Axxess had somebody inflating their results massively - Afrihost probably too, based on their extreme high rating, which definitely was not reflective of my experience with them.
 
Considering there is no way to prove which ISP you are actually with in the survey, people could deliberately pick another ISP and low vote it over and over.

I would agree that the score is way lower then it should be, CW support alone would bump it up higher.
 
Quickie question - is there a grace period for billing? Bank doffly froze my account for the 3rd time and I have to go in just now to unfreeze it but my CW debit bounced yesterday or today :o

Nvm, just saw the email saying pay EFT ...... with an R89 debit fee. You guys need to change banks, jeez
 
Anyone else in the Blouberg/Cape Town area without any internet? My connection just seems to have dropped, although Windows and my router don't indicate that it's down.
 
Regarding the votes, I also think CW should have done way better than those other ISP's. I however also question the number of clients other ISP's have versus CW's client total. As good as CW is they are still new compared to the age of the other ISP's, next year they will be number 1. :)

In terms of market share, we are only just behind Webafrica (for now). We have a significant number of customers, and there's often an underestimation regarding number of customers that we have...;)

I wonder if myBB would be open to performing a verification against names/email addresses of survey respondents and their claimed ISP.
