Who said it's an excuse? It's just a fact that I pointed out coz that's the person who used to give all the updates we needed here. Not saying it should remain like that.

Another boring uneventful month of CrystalWeb. 480Gb of daytime use on 10Mb premium uncapped and not a drop of shaping seen. In fact several times I saw much more than 10MB/s (on 20Mb line).
No wonder MyBB does not like them - with other ISP's you're on the forum every day to find out whats wrong.

I was going to complain about Youtube performance for the last hour, but I see that Youtube streaming has been crap globally for that time. Wow. Can't recall that happening before.

Can you blame him for not wanting to have staff engaged with a forum that is basically completely biased against them?
Not at all, which is why I'd appreciate a newsletter or something.

I won't lie. CW is a great ISP but we are just not hearing anything about upcoming products and nothing is changing.
Other ISP's have rollover. Maybe increased time for after hours data. A working Portal.
I get it that maybe DJ doesn't want to be involved with MyBB anymore but an email to the clients or something will be great.

Anyone else here have NTV.mx?
I have extreme buffering issues, and they don't think it's on their side, yet my internet is functioning 100% normally - speedtests, tracerts, pings etc. and I am even able to stream full HD on YT without issues.
It's every channel I've tested.
So I would like to know if anyone else is having the same issue on CrystalWeb.

I am still having FB issues, bad throughput and extremely low buffer times (only buffers 2 seconds ahead if I am lucky)

Well the next step is to test with another ISP when you have these issues.

Yeah...things were dog slow. Couldn't stream US sites. Missing the olympics
