Again, don't get your hopes up about the announcement. Always safer to keep your expectations in check.

The longer you wait, the more time they have to type more awesome stuff into the release notes...

Yep as well, has absolutely no effect to my life. Although I am quite keen to go find another 39 people or so to sign on in my immediate area so they can start deploying fiber.

Honestly thought we would see a change to the package structure, data costs, what about the free data during office hours etc? Am I missing something here?

Very underwhelmed with the email I just received ...

Your area is not covered, it seems, but it is only part 1 of the announcements. There are 4 of them so far, perhaps a 5th in total, all going out over the next while. If we were to cram everything in at once it would be ludicrously long and confusing, but we are seeing how best to condense everything into single mails or fewer of them, at least.

hmmm ok.. will keep waiting for one that appeals to me then.

Define "next while" - it's the 19th on Monday.

I don't think PE qualifies:

Where can we do this?
We can currently deploy in most areas in Gauteng and Cape Town, and we plan to introduce this to other cities as soon as possible. We can deploy to areas with or without an HOA, and can deploy to houses, townhouses, and gated communities.

Such a shame. I would have done my best to sign up my area of Walmer. Mostly wealthy residents who shouldn't mind the cost, especially now that Telkom has ditched their plans to bring FTTH to our half of the suburb.

@Crystal Web Management, the e-mail says at least 50 "people". Do you mean 50 homes? (places with a line/data connection)

Last week's mailer:
