Thanks for the support here, I will write a bit more over the weekend when I have a moment away from the prying eyes at work.

Im struggling to sleep because of my depro now it is what it is
You could try a course of supplements , they don't work immediately , normally takes a few days or weeks for them to take effect.

I had a substance abuse issue for many years , so am paranoid about dealing with my depressive states with anything that could be habit forming. My brain works overtime and sleep was irregular and in short stages.

The majority of serotonin is produced in the gastrointestinal tract. So to my mind if i found the right supplements to boost the production of Serotonin in my body, i could at the very least balance the levels out or strengthen them. - 5-HTP

Second was dopamine , to boost that , calm the mind a little more, lift my mood and to increase the and assist the benefits of the 5-HTP , i use - L-Tyrosine .

Both daily every morning. Been on them both for over a year now.

Personally i have found a difference, and i do feel that i recover quicker from downward swings , far quicker than i used to as i no longer languish in my misery as much or as often.
Sleep better as well.

Worked for me , do some research, it may help you or others here.
