Dicing drivers kill 5 in one day.

Rofl, because the body is all smashed up on the side you can see the wheel. No doubt its the same bumper and rims, cant argue with that. Perhaps a wider tyre, but that only adds more traction.

I doubt he has many assets.

Just wrote off his car and hoppers are not renowned for investing their income.

I see they have been denied bail. Good - get the case over with and lock them up.

rofl, your claim was a different bumper and rims? I just proved you otherwise? So wtf are you on about?

Show me 1 part on the car that isnt original and maybe you will have leg to stand on?

I think you spend too much time rolling on the floor.

We'll agree to differ but what difference does it make really. Idiots racing in a stock standard 1100 Daihatsu can still kill people.

Thats besides the point, i was MERELY pointing out a correction in your post. Rather stick to what you good at, coz clearly you dont know crap about cars. Anyone with 2 eyes can see its stock standard and thats all i was stating.

One more just for you . ROFL FAIL!

Yup, I know crap about cars.

However knowing crap about cars I do notice the front bumper is not damaged yet the wheel extends far beyond it.

I am impressed though that you can see beneath the bonnet to confirm nothing has been modified.

But I do know crap about cars so you needn't get back on the floor.

Happy ?

Dave the wheels appear to be sticking out simply because the mudguard is bashed back...those rims are standard.

Makes bugger all difference in the end...two stoned idiots were dicing...5 people are dead. End of story.

4 People.

what was that about not being able to charge them with murder ?

serves them right, they should have gotten the death penalty, hope the state seizes all his assets, sells them, and compensates the victim's families...

worst case, hope they rot in jail for 50+ years...

They can charge them with whatever, fact is they did not commit murder.

They can be tried for murder, but they won't be found guilty on that charge. They'll be found guilty for Culpable Homicide though, through and through.

Murder = The unlawful and intentional killing of another human being.

Dieter Grobbelaar was killed by a drunk speeding motorist while attending to an accident scene on the R300 in April 2007.

This week the man convicted of killing him, Mzuvukile Heshula, was sentenced to 12 years behind bars.

On Tuesday, Magistrate Deon van der Spuy sentenced him to 12 years in prison for murder, and fined him R3 000 or six months in jail for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.

See you are still looking for excuses & justification

These wheels are not standard for starters. Front spoiler - and we haven't seen under the bonnet.

You are seriously going to defend these guys? And those are called "loopholes" if you ever find a judge willing to listen.

See you are still looking for excuses/loopholes/justification etc.

Sorry dude but you are a twat and I will say it to your face!

/Proudly awaits his infraction and will wear it with honour.

That's just weird. Maybe he had a useless lawyer, or maybe it's bad journalism.
Incompetent lawyer likely - if he'd appealed it would have been overturned. I mean murder under the influenced can often be successfully defended down to manslaughter, culpable homicide or something lesser.
