Discovery Vitality [2019]

Drive goal is showing up correctly at 76km now all of sudden.

Gym visit of yesterday not showing up yet, but guess that will take a bit longer.
 
Did well on the game board today for a change.

That was me. Last week there was a banner on the app saying that I earned a bonus play for achieving all three goals but that I never got it and the notification is gone now. Yet another Discovery bug I guess.

Yep, it reflects on Fitbit.com, so not sure why it's not counting on Discovery side.

I'll make up the points to reach 900 so I won't bother to complain unless i miss target.

On a related note, apparently they will be allowing everyone open access (basically premier/national access) to non-Collection clubs from 14 - 31 December.
 
Drive goal updated and achieved on home screen, active rewards page lagging a bit behind. Atleast the drive goal seems to be working for me now.

Yeah but for some people it might mean not getting the 100% iPhone rebate. Hopefully they sort out all their bugs soon, I’ve never had this many simultaneous issues with Discovery.

Yes 1 play for each goal you reach, and if you reach all 3 goals from next year you get a bonus play for a total of 4.

Drive and bank each has its own goal.

The bonus play bug is back for me. Maybe I’ll actually get a bonus play next week, who knows...

Let us know. I got all three but nothing about a bonus play, android tho
 
Sigh ... Saw someone else saying that their activity tracker usually updates quickly and stopped, mine as well. It would be updated almost instantly but now it's been 2 days.
Can they not get anything right without breaking something else?
 
You still supposed to get a bonus play for daimond expiring? Had expiry last week but nothing this week.
 
Hi

Does anyone actually check that they get the right cashback each month for healthycare and healthy food?

I've been checking and besides my bugbear of March to June that I got nil, I am not getting the correct cashback... Entire swipes are missing from the statements I request from them.

I am really at a loss. Looking forward to your feedback.
