I think he means has the "money" actually gone into the card.
I know my balance keeps going up but I'm not sure when and by how much.
Also not sure what is considered Vitality and what is considered Dischem.

I know for a fact I'm not getting my cashback - been keeping my receipts for a few months now, and my points increase by way less than the amount they should (25% of *VIT purchases)
Was just wondering if anyone can actually confirm they are getting theirs?

I dont buy a lot of stuff thats part of vitality.
I checked my statements and the last time I got Vitality earnings was in January(December spend).

Is anyone using a Huawei but specifically the P series for vitality drive.i want to get that phone but apparently the P series don't record trips accurately

Mine does not show since Saturday...

And I really hate it, when the vitality points do not allocate it to my 10000 steps and told me higher points is given to other activities. Always link it to my 60% HR, which has reached the yearly limit.

Easy to fix, just set the app up that only the steps sync and not the exercise

Discovery confirmed to me that they're having issues getting full data from Suunto, and they're working on it. For now, log an issue on the devices page, and include a screenshot of your workout, and they'll allocate the points manually.
This appears to be fixed as of 13 April.

What device did you use to submit the workouts?
Sat: 300 park run
Sun: 300 myrun
Mon: 100 vitality login (Not VA or PF)
Tues: 100 vitality login (Not VA or PF)
Wed: 100 vitality login (Not VA or PF)

Not a device issue. All my points are showing on my total points including my workout data that didnt meet the goals.
Its just the active rewards where its probably only showing this mornings workout because my goal was only "fixed" today. So probably went 0/900 at midnight or something, and then the login this morning was added to go 100/900. Tomorrow it will probably show correct at 1000/900 once I complete my workout.
I use an Apple Watch and generally have no trouble with my workouts syncing.
I train for about an hour with warmups and stretching before and after so my device workouts average HR are never high enough to meet the 60-69% goal. And to try time the very active parts of my workouts for 30min takes away the focus on my workouts.

Park Run points are always only allocated on a Wednesday. I'm not sure about My run. Workouts done using a sports watch should be allocated in a few hours of it being uploaded.

I had 2 picks today after my diamond expired last week:
30 and a diamond
I remember being so excited when I picked my first diamond last year.
Today I was genuinely disappointed when I picked a diamond.
Vitality should load rewards to redeem a single diamond.
Its so hard to get multiple diamonds unless you getting double or triple picks with Insurance/Money.

So if you pick a diamond and don't get another one for 12 weeks it just expires and you can't redeem it for anything?
