Never tried for clothing, but I think it's food only. The voucher itself specifies it's for "food in-store".

So Discovery responded to me and they tell me that the play I got this Wednesday was for the expired diamond not goals since I didn't reach my goal last week. I tell them that I didn't get any plays at all this week, I was expecting one for the expired diamond not for goals. They respond and say the reason I didn't get any plays this week is because I didn't reach my goal last week. I just responded now walking them through my query in the simplest English I can...

We are basically just going around in circles now...

So I dont think we are getting anywhere, so I give up.

Yes as far as I know they will give you another play when you only had one diamond. So even if you had two one expired and one not then you won't get that play

I have generally spent when I have 2 and 1 expiring but never received a second play when I only have 1 and it expires.

Who has not received healthy food since March / April and healthy care since Jun?

BTW, did anyone ever get 4 or 5 diamonds to claim anything substantial?

I did get 4 diamonds in the early days with bonus plays, I eventually needed to redeem one so I redeemed all, I opted for R2000 Sunglass Hut voucher, other options was a R2000 iStore. I still have the voucher as I don't really wear sunnies, and I anyway have a decent pair for when I do. I certainly would never have bought any overpriced item from the iStore. Either voucher was not so exciting for me but I won't say no to free stuff.

I know you asking who didnt get, but:
I have received healthy care on 6 June according to my dischem statement.
I did receive my healthy food for woolworths for March, but it took forever to arrive.

Haha I also feel like diamonds are booby prizes. Discoveries way of delaying a reward payout for 13 weeks(12 to expire and 1 after the expiry to allocate)

Fortunately I only had one when it expired.

I got a call today. They must noticed that the back and forth emails were not working. The agent assured me she's looking into the issue and will get back to me before end of day...we'll see...

Same. Got some on time, 26th. (Gym, HealthyGear), Fitness booster on the 28th and Healthyfood on the 1st. This was the best consistency I have ever received from them, as I did not have to complain.
