I haven’t got my healthy food points this month. Anyone else got theirs? Also haven’t got my shoe booster.
 
I canceled my Vitality this year. Still waiting for cashback from a few years which was not paid and they cannot provide any reason why nor make the payment.

Also, I changed my HealthyCare provider from Dischem to Clicks after buying something which I was supposed to get 50% back on. They then used a loophole and paid me only 25% because now they only use the latest HealthyCare chosen pharmacy as at statement run.

They are also forcing you to get a Discovery Bank account to qualify for the 25% cashback in gym fees in 2021. Another thing to note is you cannot qualify for Vitality Money on Discovery Bank unless you have a credit card with them. Something which is hard to come by as they are not 'risk hungry' and only give them to the elite.

I will be staying away from them for now and would suggest others do the same.
 
Please could someone explain how to save on the monthly gym fees with virgin active
 
Is anyone aware of a glitch on the Vitality system. I have been awarded my health check points for the year, but my last health check was in Dec 2019.

It’s not a glitch. They’ve decided to award you the greater number of points that you earned last year vs this year if last year was greater. This is because they understand that not everyone has been able to get out and do all the required tests.

I heard the original Virgin Active Gym booster is ending on 1 Jan 2021. Should I move my Virgin Active debit order to Discovery instead of FNB, where it currently is, to continue earning 100% back ?

Anyone who has already done this ?
 
I got a mail from Virgin Active stating that the subsidy of 60% on Premium membership is changing to 50% from 1 January :

No idea what they were referring to.

I've been on Vitality for 5 years and had the Discovery credit card linked to FNB and had always received 100% of my gym fees from discount + cashback for reaching my targets.

Apparently I won't be able to get the 25% back if my debit orders are going through FNB.

Thats what they explained to me.

However, I think I should do some reading/research myself.
