I'm on Garmin and my last three HR workouts haven;t shown on Active Rewards. I thought it was because I was in Aus, with the time difference and all that..... but maybe not.
 
Do you still get actual cash backs from healthy living. Got mine yesterday. Wonder when we will get miles instead.

Yes got cash for HL but still awaiting for gym booster and device booster
 
I'm not getting my points for activities at the moment, like parkrun, gym visits, device workouts. Anyone else? Had to speak to the whatsapp line to allocate my points for last week

I'm getting my workout points and steps , haven't been to gym to check tho
 
Before: 1 point ~ R1; min R25, max R100.

and after: 10 miles = R1; min R5, max R30 (+ 3 x R10 in instant rewards)

I'm not sure why they still even have a "game board" when 90% of the board is worth between R5 and R9, I mean who actually cares what you pick; you're still only getting pennies anyways. It's almost not worth my time.

Completely agree. I've lost all interest in the Discovery rewards system. Haven't logged onto the app in weeks, don't bother striving for my weekly 900 points at all. I finished getting all my money back from last year's running shoes, I'm not buying another pair through Discovery. I've pretty much written them off as a rewards system, except for flight discounts which I'll probably use this year.
 
Agree yesterday 4 plays grand total of R29 excluded of the R30 for achieving weekly goals so R59, but yes I know longer look forward to my plays

PS earlier in the week I got and amount for HL which included my health food, bit today I got R24 from my healthy basket?

Yeah I too just got a massive R38 for HealthyFood. There’s no way to check anything. I’m pretty sure a family of 5 ate more healthy food than that. But what do I do now? Waste 30 mins of my life fighting for a few extra Rand. What a disappointment Discovery.
 
And now on their insurance drive you no longer are able to see your monthly fuel purchases,used to show you a list amout and date. So I asked for a breakdown and now I'm missing around 10slips :( that never went through

Mine went into my Absa account,strange because all my other cash backs have been going into my vitality disc savings acc

I got small amount to discovery bank and fnb, system is probably horrible broken again

Just went to look at fuel, they missing half my transactions...I really hate this company
