Discovery Vitality 2020

and what about the healthy care purchases, according to their facebook page they have also doubled that so then it should also go up to 100% for discovery bank clients but their web page says:
" Practising social distancing comes with its own personal care needs, so we’re also giving you double your HealthyCare rewards on essentials, including items to help you stop smoking. Vitality members get up to 50% back on all HealthyCare items from our partners Clicks or Dis-Chem during the stay at home period.

so is it 100 or 50? for bank clients

I think that is specifically for vitality so if you're already getting 25% for vitality and 25% for bank, you might end up gettting a total of 75% - 50 for vitality, 25 for bank.

Is the online agent working through whatapp? Yesterday and today I get an agent that comes.into the conversation with their name but then nothing after that

To the guys who bought Netflix gift cards. Does yours work? Mine says invalid code.

TIA.

Just read their TS and C's ,so just the vitality part is double not the money bank side.
I also see on the first paragraph in their Ts and Cs that the double cashback is "when shopping online". Nothing said about it anywhere else, so is in-store shopping excluded? If so, how does their system actually keep track of this?

Didn't even realise this, typical discovery and their fine print hidden terms

Yeah very very sneaky! Not sure if I've read too much into it, but if it is the case they should really be more explicit about it everywhere and not just hide it in one sentence in their Ts and Cs!!

Hopefully drive goal update before Wednesday, I did not drive at all. So I am suppose to get the goal .

Also.... I notice that Pick n Pay doesn't have any available delivery slots until 18 April - technically after the lockdown is over. So - if I order today for delivery on 18 April, do I get the double cashback, I wonder?

Given their track record they will probably use any and every excuse to avoid paying cash backs

Seems my drive goal does show as achieved for last week. And bank goal achieved for the week as it has been reduced to 1 point.

Has anyone been able to contact discovery to find out if the healthyFood double cash back applies in store as well? Seeing as there are no delivery slots left at woolies

I've asked twice on their Facebook page but no reply

I checked the website and TCs I don't see why it's only online

I cancelled my pnp deliveries. Found the pnp smart shopper offers didn’t fire off. Also they “forgot” a crate and 10items like milk and various veg didn’t arrive. Am now waiting 5days with no sign of refund in sight. I had better experience just going to the store. It’s quite peaceful with limited shoppers allowed inside.
Also the double cashback. Aren’t there still caps? And isn’t it R1000/month? I hit 890ish each month, so the double won’t be a huge benefit anyways. Surely others do too? Or is the Cap higher than R1000?

note I am not a Disco Bank customer.

In the part above the actual listed Ts and Cs it says something to the effect of "get double cash back on all healthy food items when shopping online at pop/woolies"

I think the Cap is R2 000 for a single person
