Discovery Vitality 2020

Device Booster question:
" Your HealthyGear reward consists of up to 25% back with HealthyGear and up to 50% back with Device Booster capped at R4000 of the purchase price of your heart rate fitness device. "
I'm on 15% at Sportsman's (didn't do fitness assessment). Let's say I'm buying a device for R8000. I would initially get 15% off, which is R1200, right? Or can I only get 15% off on R4000 worth?
Then for the 50% boosted, would that be a max of R2000 back? Or can I get up to R4000 back combined between the two discounts (15% and 50%)? It's really unclear!
Thanks.

You'll get 15 % of R4,000 and 50 % of R4,000 back.

Got miles for healthyfood. 2x payouts. Id say it was 1/2-3/4 of what i got in prev lockdown months. I dont keep slips, so dont really know if its right or not. Still waiting on healthy care.

Did anyone else get today?
Same here, only healthy food including vitality health and vitality money/bank part. The vitality money/bank part is incorrect (I was on 100% cash back level so vitality money and vitality health miles should be the same, but they are not) . In total it is about 60% of what I expected. If they fix the bank part it will be fine.

Nothing yet for healthy care.

q
I do, but if vitality money pays me 50% and vitality health also 50%, the miles allcotaed by each should be exactly the same irrespective of the period?

Health gave me 10,000 miles ( 50% of the R2000 miles) and money only 2900 miles.

Another 750 point banger to start the week. Think this is my 2nd time in a month. :p (top left corner for anyone wondering).

The third week in a row getting the 180 and 155. Also, the third time in a row I've picked the one next to the 750

So it's my first week with Vitality Money. I just made R56 smashing blocks on this gameboard. We get to do this every Wednesday, and this is in addition to the cashback at shops, right? If so, that’s quite nice. R56 a week would cover a lot of the cost of participating in Vitality.

Apologies if this has been asked and answered.

Considering the effects of especially the earlier levels of lockdown, do you think Discovery will reduce the Vitality points required to reach the various levels (e.g. diamond)?

Regarding, "We will be moving your HealthyFood, HealthyCare and HealthyGear cash back payout to a simpler calendar month payout cycle. "

I got awarded 660 vitality points for healthyfood sometime in the last 24 hours, the end of my cycle as if it was still ending on the 20th (new one starting on the 21st). So i wonder then will they payout for healthyfood transactions up to and including the 20th and then will they pay out for the last 11 days of August as well? Or has there been some stuff up and they've missed their own deadline of changing everyone to a calendar month payout cycles?

well - I've only got healthy food paid out... don't see healthy care. I suspect there is a stuff up. however I'm waiting till closer to the month end.

Since i didn't buy any healthy care or gear by the 20th, personally I'll only know if there's a stuff up by mid September  I did try to buy healthygear online for the last few days but the Sportsmans Warehouse website seems to be borked, unless it was a Chrome issue as it seems to be better behaved on MS Edge.

Speaking of which, has anyone bought any Vitality items from Sportsmans Warehouse lately? Do Vitality items have any sort of indicator on the receipt to indicate that they are Vitality items? Of course the label and website do indicate what i bought are Vitality items but that is still of little comfort.

No, there's no indicator on the slip, but you should still get your HealthyGear cashback.

At Sportsman’s Warehouse Vitality items are marked on the price tag as “ Vit” so that’s how you will ensure it’s vitality.
