Discovery Vitality 2023

I use virtual for online stuff and physical in store.

When I go back to a phone with NFC will try phone tap to pay with virtual.
What isn't 100% clear is whether you should still use your physical card for the healthyfood rewards? "This change does not impact any of your other Vitality Money rewards like Vitality Active Rewards Spend goals, HealthyFood, or travel rewards." They are very "clever" by counting the main credit card for the max healthy food cashback and screwing you on the secondary card (wife, whose max healthfood is 25%)...

I've always used the virtual card linked in my apple wallet for all purchases and still receive the cashback benefits

I hope I'm right because I haven't got time for 90-minute workouts. But the highlighted words below lead me to believe exisiting methods will remain.
Yip apparently they looking at 1.5 hour workout for 300 points, not practical in the week and they may review it from what I heard when I spoke to them in the week

I’d love it if they introduce it. If you go on a four hour hike, you currently get 100 points. It makes a lot more sense if that gets you 300.

Who has 1.5hours during the week to train….I can do an hour max but generally focus on 50min after work. Winter it won’t be feasible

Exactly, this is not feasible at all. I struggle to do 30 min in a day as it is.

Sure, but weekends also exist.

Anyone know how to move to the Bundled Fees vs the R5. Been using my card more and would love those sweet sweet miles from December

It's 15th of the month so should be double miles D-day and I had panned to use some miles to get some booze from Pick n Pay.

In the past (last time 2 or 3 months ago) I'd get a R600 or R700 voucher and get my 10% discount doubled to 20%, but now looking at my Vitality app, there is no mention of Miles D-day and when I go to the voucher page for in store shopping, it says Pick n Pay vouchers are only 1 x R100 a day. This also shows only 10% discount?

So obviously some rules changes somewhere, what did I miss?

You need to open the bank app > click on Miles > Spend> then Pay In store.

For 2024:

Anyone recently do a discoveyr Health Check ? All my items were good yet my Vitality age was a year older. Only item that might count against me is blood pressure which is to low 112/74, anyone have a similiar experience ?
Wait why is 112/74 too low. I thought lower than 120 for systolic and 80 for diastolic is fine. I recently did my Health Check and the nurse going the check told me my 111/71 was fine. What's the lower limit?
