Discovery Vitality 2023

So maybe I'm being daft, but how do you get the Discovery HealthyFood benefit if you have Vitality (Discovery Health \ Active Rewards) but don't necessarily bank with Discovery? Do you have to claim it back?
I know there's a free Bank account, but are you expected to sign up and use that to get the benefit?

It used to get paid back to my normal fnb account, but I think thats only if you had it before they launched bank. However the miles are worth more than the rands, so its more value if you sign up for the free account.

Even with the free account, we still swipe our non-discovery cards and get the 25/10% back. HealthyFood from PNP/WW AND HealthyCare from Clicks.

How is Discovery aware of the transaction to give you the cashback to your FNB account? Do you swipe / scan some kind of Vitality membership card? I only have the App at this point, and not even a "digital card" within the app.

For PNP you link your smartshopper card to vitality. See https://www.discovery.co.za/vitality/healthyfood-link-pnp-ss

For WW you link erm... I think your WW rewards card? See https://www.woolworths.co.za/content/look/wrewards/wrewards-discovery-vitality/_/A-cmp209280
 
Does anyone know whether you need to wait till the 12 month for a Vitality Check?

Is the annual vitality health check due each year on the basis of a new calendar year, or after 12 months?

I did mine last year end of February - can I do it in January this year (less than 12 months, but new year), or do I need to wait until February?

You can do it early. As long as 6 months have passed since the previous one I think?

You can do 2 health checks per year. There should be at least 90 days between them.
 
Real question what was your miles earn?
This isn't correct as people sent me miles to shop on the 15th.
