Double billed by telkom

I refuse to sign any debit order with Telkom (besides Telkom Mobile where you have no choice). I would rather do online transfers then I know I am in control.

Did it for years with my ADSL line. Pay manually via EFT/Their website...

Also had a issue with billing. Contacted TelkomZA on MyBB and the following day they sorted it out. This was last week though

Now if only I can get them to cancel my line. Have sent numerous emails, filled in forms, made phone calls.
6 months later the debit order still goes off like clockwork

Quick question and sorry for bombing in OP.

I have a problem with telkom,i moved my service from one town to another and canceled my old number and adsl ,I'm still getting billed for 3 months now for that number and service .
Telkom says it was never canceled but if i phone the number it says the number does not exist?
