First Cell C LTE sites go live

How about improving your abysmal GSM/GPRS footprint in Pretoria East first? - and I'm sure the east of Pretoria is not the only area with k@k reception. As it stands now, Vodacom and MTN are in a better position for new technology than Cell C, stop playing technology-catch-up and focus on network stability and customer service. Your customers will be more loyal, LTE or not.

Several complaints on Hello Peter and mails to customers support, each time only being met with a vanilla response!

Give Cell C a chance guys. They playing catch because they were not on even playing fields. The real techies know how difficult it is to run a smooth ship.

From the time Lars came on Cell C has taken a turn for the better.

Now AKC is on things are moving on quite nicely. Don't know if AKC Jnr will want to break it...lol

I will definitely be moving my employees to Cell C next year.

Hi Cell_C

As a loyal Cape Town Cell_C data user since its inception (60 and 24 gigs) is there any chance of being part of this trial? :erm:
 
i'm tired of sending cell c support requests.
used this forum.
used twitter.
used the email option.

there has been no traction!
i live in FOURWAYS and i am complaining about bad voice coverage- i can only imagine those in more remote areas!
