Free Database/Accounting Management Software (Like Pastel)

I need your help guys/gals.

I need to find an application where I can do the following:

Be able to create own invoices.
Have a complete list of clients with all client details.
Be able to track clients progress regarding payments+planning status
Have complete list of supplies with all supplies details.
Track Supplies progress regarding payments.

In other word sort of like a database but this needs to be for a new Event Management company, hence the need for either freeware or opensource software.
