Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 availability ?

And Fnb device doesn't come with data or anything...

Great price. Have you ordered from them before? Is their service good?

I just need to know if they are safe to order from as i have had bad experiences with other sites before.

Not ordered from them personally they've never had anything I've wanted. I'm sure many users have used them before though.

Just got my P6050 (from MTN - the paper work for a new contract takes FOREVER!!!). The tab looks smexy
Busy charging it now, can't wait to get on it!

I've also ordered the case mentioned above from loot. It should get here next week.

I'll try to give some feedback on both (case and device) once I've used them for a bit.

Congrats on your new purchase. Is it a 16 or 32 gig?

If you need a screenguard... Musica has plenty. I got a pack of 2 from there.

Let us know what you think of it after using it for a while.

Thanks! Sadly, though, I already have some (negative) feedback: the darn thing won't charge! I think there is something wrong with the microUSB port. I've called MTN earlier and they will happily exchange it for me. I'll sort that out [-]tomorrow[/-] later today.

Thanks for the tip about the screenguard. How much did you pay for it?

And it's unfortunately only the 16GB version :(
I'm strongly considering getting myself a 64GB microSD card. But perhaps I should wait a bit for the price of the class 10's to drop a little.

Be careful with the 64GB microSD card - I've read somewhere that it can only handle up to a 32GB capacity. Just make doubly sure.

I am using a 64 gig sandisk ultra card on my tablet for about a week now. So far no problems.

I purchased the one which says that it is android compatible on the package (it probably just has the file structure) but it seems to work so far with no issues.

If it does give me issues will probably swap it with the 32gig on my note 3.

I think the screen guards were R150 (Sorry bad memory ). There are clear screen protectors and matte finished screen protectors. I took the clear ones as the matte screen protectors give the tablet a rainbow effect when viewing anything with a white background. You dont want to spoil that amazing screen :)

Incredible connection has the sandisk 64gig ultra class 10 card for R999 and the sandisk 32 gig class 10 ultra for around the R500 mark. These are the android compatible ones (Says that on the box)

Thanks for the advice. I shall then be getting the clear screen guard.

R1k for that card? *whistles* Yeah, I think I'm gonna see how it goes. Hopefully the price will have significantly dropped by the time space limitations start becoming annoying.

So what does mtn need for new contact ? Paislips ? Proof of address ?

Are these any good?

It's R249. For 1 impact proof screenguard... the other ones are 199(2x colour enhancer scratch guard) and 149 (normal scratch guard)

4 documents:

- Latest payslip
- 3 months' bank statements
- ID
- Proof of address

I took the 500MB (cheapest) deal, and will simply add an Afrihost bundle to it. Whereas if I took a more expensive deal with MTN (with more data), I'd be locked in for the extra amount for 24 months.

So yay for Afrihost with their awesome month-to-month pricing! :)

So I decided to take the plunge... Paperwork in. Should pick up tomorrow :D

I unfortunately got the tab 3 screenguard (from incredible corruption - musica were out of stock). I haven't opened it yet, so I'll return for a refund.

Anyone know where else I can get the screenguard?

Make sure it charges properly!
I'm sure it'll be fine though. Gratz and good luck! :)

Got my Orginal Samsung Book cover today! Had a body glove and a Blue chinese cover before this. Must say I like this Book cover the most. Much thinner than the body glove, with the obvious down side being it might protect it less but I prefer less bulk. On that note, it really works well with the tablets design in that it's thin and has a plastic leather-like back to it. The sleep wake function works as its supposed to and it comes with two different viewing angles. The front cover is not magnetically held in place so will open easily if you turn it upside down.

The thing I like the most is that compared to the other two cases, this one flaps the other way round which allows you to charge will the cover is closed.
