Maybe he has wireless set up at home? How do u get the internet to work on it, do u have to subscribe to a wifi service?
You could get a wireless router or share your mac's internet connection via the airport card.I was playing around with one at the Apple shop yesterday.
Quite a nifty gadget, although my fingers are a bit big for that keyboard.
Got ADSL, so can't use the browser, otherwise I'd consider getting one.

Heh, only saw this now. Been pretty busy. I've got a wireless router at home, so I use that here...and then as soon as I have a chance I'm going to swing by my University's IT department and see if I can climb onto their wireless network with it.
I'm still enjoying it immensely.![]()
Guess I'll be an iPhone buyer if they were legal.
I'm wondering . . . . dont all cell phones used in SA have to be approved by ICASA?They are legal, they're just not supported by Core.
