This thread got side tracked to Technical Avenue very quickly :) Not that I understand half of the technical terms mention here, but contention ratio is important. You mentioned Telkom uses 32:1 - care to share Screamer's typical contention ratio? Or am I taking a chance...

Quite possibly both. Last night it ran like a dream. Having some trouble tonight though.

I seemed to get hit at the spawnpoint a lot last night, isn't that illegal?:D
 
Yeah shame dude, there are some people in the game who only rape the spawns.
Its like they head to a flag and dont even try to cap it, they just rape the spawners.

It will get better, just remeber to squad up whenever you can, that normally helps a bit. If you see me on then join my squad and we can run around and shoot stuff!

Well you can believe it.

I had lots of s#%$t at the start but since then its been smooth sailing all the way. I do sometimes get problems but usually thats solved without me even calling to report the problem.

I am connecting using a mikrotik and a 27db antenna. I am about 10Km away from the tower.:D
