Have to agree with bs. Halfway closer to the truth is the amount of subscribers compared to complaints. Mtn and vodacom at least 4 times more than cellc, and majority of telkom subscribers dont have internet. So the only thing the author was able to prove is that he either doesn't have a clue about statistics or the author is just not journalist material. Please bb, keep your articles to factual pieces, not bs just to keep rss feed busy.

NihilimSA - easy to rant and rave, waste your energy on ranting. sometimes it pays to read forums. Go to Telkom direct shop and log a dispute. if they do not have proof of request to suspend line, you will get your money refund to account. Don't blame the company when incompetent PEOPLE are the cause. Have you ever considered questioning the correct department? How come u don't complain of other service providers unable to give u landline, because they don't want to, it's not worth their while. They have networks and will only service highend business areas...

They should provide a service that encourages a company to solve the problem, by whatever means. Simply replying is not a resolution.

Why don't you provide that service? It's much easier to whine
