Warm clothes, sweatpants and t-shirt and hoodie, and if really cold and very light jacket over hoodie and maybe blanket if legs get do cold.

Now try neighbourhood watch out in the early morning (like midnight to 4am) winter cold, whole different ball game. At least the kevlar is great for chest area warmth.

I've kept a time log so I can have an idea how far they've got - in Jo'burg (about 4 or 5 places) the store ones last 90 to 100 hrs. compared to the wholesaler's 107 to 110, measured over many years, but no idea who does the filling at those stores.
Easiest way is to weigh them. The tare weight is stamped on the bottle.

The question may be, are our winters going to get worse? So far I think they're milder.

:D Mmmmmmm, always. If it's really cold WFH on a laptop in............bed.

Dress warmer...and a nice hot water bottle on the knees when gaming in winter....
(And border collies on the bed for additional warmth and craziness....)
I suspected you are an old toppie but didn't realize this old.. Now, everything makes sense.
