How often do you change your bedding?

According to a recent report one-in-three Britons only change their bed linen annually. How often do you change yours? Do you have a set schedule or is it as the "need" arises?

On a related matter - how regularly do you change your towels?

Britain, but this shows how inaccurate reports are, they probably sleep in other beds, therefore don't know how much it was changed, or the report was thumbsucked twice.
How often you wash may depend on how much bedding you got, but thats a different question than the post..

I live in Worcester, klein karoo. The towel is to dry off the sweat after you've showered.
