Netgear : MBRN3000-100PES

Just ordered one but Shop says it wont support my iBurst Has anyone tested this router with the USB Dongle?

According to their 3g support it lists iBurst/Vodacom

Could anyone please give me some light on this as I DONT want to buy another router thats not going to support my iBurst dongle
The modem that is shown as being compatible with iBurst/Vodacom is an Icon 225 3G modem made by Option.
It is definitely not an iBurst USB modem made by Kyocera.

Good day all

I am in need of your vast knowladge, I have a Iburst desk top(old white one) and a USB modem, is any one of the two compable with D-link 2750U adsl modem/router.

If yes, how should the config look, as I cannot get the desktop modem to work through the d-link.

Regards.

I think you're out of luck with the USB modem, it is not on the compatibility list:

Looking at the gallery in the above-mentioned link, I don't see a WAN port in the rear view of the router.
I don't know if this router will allow you to establish a PPPoE connection to an iBurst modem connected to one of the LAN ports.

Wireless Router for USB Modem

What wireless routers are compatible with iBurst USB Modem. I have found as possible candidates Billion 7300NX, 7402, Trendnet TEW- 633BR3G and TP-Link R3220. Looking for one around R500 to R700.
