Hi guys, please help me out here.

I have two contracts in pdf format of 60 pages each that I need to sign, each page needs to be initialed as well.

Instead of printing, signing and scanning a 120 pages, can't I just auto sign/stamp my initials on each page?

Thanks in advance!

Yes you can.

Most PDF software have that facility available, where you create the signature via an image or drawn with the mouse, and thereafter you stamp it.

I would Google how, as the method will be slightly different depending on the software.

Another more 'fun' way :

Put your initials on the bottom of a blank page, make 120 copies of that, then put those pages back into the tray, then just print the document out.Make sure you put the pages with the initials on the correct way in the tray.

That's probably the easiest route to go. Less hassle, gets it done quick :)

SYNERGY, thanks for the quick reply.

I found one, works like a dream... Batch PDF Watermark.

PS. Thanks to the other members "more time consuming" options as well. :)
