International SAIX Problems

I tried to update XP-Home 15 MB after 6 hrs 6 MB I then
tried to update my Vista 3 updates also 16 MB finished in
2 minuts or so. Does it mean MS is not supporting XP anymore? So I stopped the XP update it can not be SAIX
or Telkom on my Mb connection speed tests are ok.
So must be MS, first time that I got speeds below 1 KB/sec
anybody else trying to update XP?

It's not down but extremely slow for me. Certain sites don't load at more than 5Kb/sec. On these sites I used to get 40Kb/sec.

It works fine on my Verizon unshaped account but on SAIX shaped and unshaped, it's crawling.
